The 3-hour training session was designed to:

14:00 – 14:20 | Welcome, Registration & Warm-Up
The session opened with a welcome briefing from Mr. Ngoako Ramolesana, emphasizing discipline, focus, and teamwork.
Registration was followed by group warm-up routines, including agility drills and stretching led by senior players.
14:20 – 15:00 | Skill Development Drills
Ball Mastery: Close control, toe taps, and inside-outside dribbling
Group debrief facilitated by Mr. Ramolesana, focusing on the value of perseverance, sportsmanship, and discipline both on and off the field
A few participants shared their experiences from the day, building confidence and public speaking skills
4. Observations and Highlights
High Energy & Participation: All 70 youth remained fully engaged throughout the session.
Female Participation: The 15 girls showed exceptional energy and some displayed standout skills, particularly in ball control and positional play.
Peer Leadership: Several senior boys and girls stepped up as peer leaders during drills.

Limited Training Equipment: More cones, bibs, and training balls are needed to run parallel drills efficiently.
Footwear Issues: Several participants lacked proper soccer boots, which affected mobility and safety.
Hydration Delays: More water breaks and shaded rest areas should be implemented in future sessions.

Provide a small gear package (including bibs and basic boots) for under-resourced youth
