Strategic Priorities
During August 1996, the partnership prioritized:
- Youth Education & Skills Development – expanding vocational, IT, and entrepreneurial training programs.
- Community Empowerment – providing support to small businesses and promoting financial literacy.
- Infrastructure & Sustainability – improving access to essential services such as water, sanitation, and energy.
