Neftaly – Southern Africa Youth Project – is dedicated to enhancing the quality and impact of youth sports through the development of collaborative coaching communities. By fostering environments where coaches share knowledge, support one another, and engage in continuous professional development, Neftaly aims to elevate coaching standards and, consequently, the experiences of young athletes.
