Objective:
To ensure all match-day personnel are fully informed, prepared, and aligned with Neftaly standards for smooth and fair tournament execution.
1. Selection & Confirmation of Officials
- Timeline: At least 5 days before the event.
- Confirm roles and availability for:
- Referees
- Marshals
- Line judges
- Timekeepers
- Scorekeepers
- Share match schedule and role assignments with each individual.
- Collect confirmation via email or Neftaly personnel portal.
2. Distribute Official Briefing Pack
Include the following materials:
- Match schedule with assignments
- Venue maps and contact list
- Neftaly Code of Conduct
- Neftaly competition rules for the specific discipline
- Incident reporting protocols
- Referee/official score sheets
- Emergency procedures
3. Pre-Event Briefing Session
