    As part of the Neftaly Development Framework, the Neftaly Responsibilities function is led by the Neftaly Camps Office, managed under the direct oversight of the Neftaly Advice Desk Officer SCDR, and adheres to the standards of excellence defined by the Neftaly Development Royalty.     Primary Objective

    To ensure the safety of all camp participants, strictly enforce established camp rules, and maintain a consistently positive, inclusive, and respectful environment conducive to optimal athletic and personal development.
