Following our recent meeting, I wanted to provide a summary of key points:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Meeting Organization: The meeting was well-structured, with clear agendas andproductive discussions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Communication: Effective and transparent, with clear clarification on deliverables andtimelines. More time for technical discussions could be beneficial in future meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Action Items: Clear next steps were identified. To ensure follow-through, werecommend summarizing action items with owners and deadlines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Collaboration: Strong engagement from both teams, with a shared commitment tosuccess. Arsenal Development’s technical solutions and Neftaly\u2019s flexibility on timelineswere particularly appreciated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Areas for Improvement: Consider using more visual aids for complex information andestablish a clearer process for tracking action items post-meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Feedback during the Stakeholder Meeting:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Daniel Makano feedback:\u2022 The event was quite big because there were quite a few people and there were enoughcoaches to make the day easier.\u2022 No injuries were there\u2022 Total number of participants: 117 (Male:111 Female:06)\u2022 Total number of Coaches: 07\u2022 Total number of Session: 05 Session<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ramolesane Organiser:\u2022 Event organising is not a complicated thing for us because we are used to organising asthe event was announced on time.\u2022 The number was good because we avoided things such as logistics.\u2022 There are several concerns that need to be addressed soon such as compensation forcoaches, camera, gears, etc.\u2022 In the next event we expect to see Neftaly banners and gazebos.\u2022 Thanked the development team for their attendance and dedication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Netshiozwe:Asked when is the next event to be held? <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ramolesane:\u2022 Tournaments should be held every month end according to the discussion held last year\u2022 These tournaments should have more beneficial awards.\u2022 Branded trophies, 40 medals, first price 2500, 1500 second price as an example.\u2022 Awarding players with these can increase competitiveness amongst them.\u2022 We need to organise t-shirts for upcoming events for marketing events for examplehaving South African colours for each age group with our logo included.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Netshiozwe: suggested that Arsenal to expand their marketing through social media<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ramolesane: said that he will send someone who has a love for media so we can work with him with posting events online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ramolesane: said there is an aerobics trainer who is part of their team, and he will connect us with her for aerobics events that we want to hold at Neftaly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ramolesane: suggested a launch for Neftaly skills development through the soccer events being held<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Netshiozwe: suggested that we reach out to universities for donations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mr Ramolesana says in future marketing strategy should have T-Shirt example T – shirt of South Africa, this will help to have more numbers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mr Ramolesana will start having Aerobics, they will comminated with the lady for before sharing numbers.The facility is accessible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ralepelle says if it possible for top 8 come and access programs for free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Netshiozwe asked if Arsenal have media platform, <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mr Ramolesana will check with the social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ralepelle asked if it is possible to have top 8 come Hosting Diepsloot Stream top 8,Challenges is that they have more kids, and they will need resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Netshiozwe says when we draft proposal, we will require Mr Ramolesana to be part of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Overall, it was a productive meeting, and we look forward to the continued collaboration between Neftaly and Arsenal Development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
